CEF reaches children where they are.
Good News Club®
Good News Club, a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship, is an after-school, Bible-based club in which trained volunteers meet with groups of children in schools, community centers, churches with their parent’s permission.
Christian Youth In Action®
Christian Youth In Action (CYIA ) is a missions program specifically designed for high school students and young adults. A team attends a one-week training school where they learn to present the Gospel clearly on a child’s level, counsel a child for salvation and lead a dynamic club ministry for kids. After this training, the team returns to the local community to teach a Bible lesson, a real-life missionary story and a Bible verse as well as leading songs, games and a fun review time in clubs at various locations.
5-Day Club®
5-Day Club® is an exciting, fun-filled one and one-half hour club held each day for five consecutive days. It includes: dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, inspiring missionary story, meaningful songs, life-changing Scripture memorization.
One of the best ways to reach as many children as possible is through group ministry, where a small number of trained volunteers can reach a large number of children. CEF uses this approach with club ministries in schools and neighborhoods.
Christmas Party Clubs
Words of Encouragement from CEF President Jeremiah Cho:
Christmas is a special day for most children around the world. The Christmas season is a joyful time with decorations, carols, and parties. Children especially enjoy receiving gifts. Yet, many boys and girls do not know the true meaning of Christmas. We should not miss this wonderful opportunity to share about the perfect gift God gave on the first Christmas. It is as if God created a stage where the true message of Christmas may be preached to the world.
Christmas time is the best opportunity to share the Gospel with children. The whole world, including children and adults, opens their hearts to hear about Christmas. You can participate in Christmas Party Clubs so children can celebrate the birth of Jesus and share the true meaning of Christmas.
A Christmas Party Club can be held any place children gather—such as schools, community centers, homes, hospitals, kindergartens, daycare centers, orphanages, refugee camps, or detention centers. Those are also places where we can begin Good News Club® as a follow-up to Christmas Party Clubs and teach about Jesus Christ, the best and truest Christmas gift of all. For children who receive Jesus as Savior at a CPC, it comes their best Christmas because Jesus, The Christ of Christmas, is now their Savior and living in their hearts. The Christmas Party Club is a great opportunity, privilege, and responsibility in fulfilling the great commission.
